Larissa Allison - Marketing Director

Larissa Allison has called the Lowcountry home for the past 35 years, bringing decades of experience in marketing, communications, and community service to her role at Dunes Realty Sales.

After graduating from Rollins College, Larissa moved to Murrells Inlet and joined Strategic Marketing, where she spent 14 years helping clients—including regional McDonald’s franchises, Ripley’s Aquariums, Dixie Stampede, and other businesses—achieve significant growth. Working within a boutique agency environment, she developed a passion for creating thoughtful marketing strategies and authentic messaging that connected with audiences and delivered measurable results.

In 2000, Larissa founded Happy Wheels, a children’s ministry serving patients and families at MUSC Children’s Hospital. Her dedication to the program earned her recognition as Volunteer of the Year by the Charleston Post and Courier. Today, Happy Wheels continues to serve children and their families at MUSC Children’s Hospital, Greenville Memorial, and Richland Memorial, having impacted more than 200,000 families.

For the past eight years, Larissa has brought her extensive marketing expertise to Dunes Realty Sales, where she focuses on developing a consistent voice and approachable style that reflects both the company and the coastal communities it serves.

Outside of work, Larissa enjoys spending time with her family and embracing everything the Lowcountry has to offer, especially life on and around the water.
