Born and raised in Murrells Inlet and a lifelong resident of the South Strand, Kyle Hawley is a REALTOR® with Dunes Realty Sales who brings more than four decades of local knowledge and experience to his clients. Having spent his life in the area, Kyle understands the communities, neighborhoods, waterways, beaches, and lifestyle that make the South Strand such a unique place to live and own property.

A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Business Management, Kyle began his professional career in community banking, where his experience included mortgage, commercial, and consumer lending with financial institutions serving Horry and Georgetown Counties. His financial background gives him an added perspective when helping clients evaluate property values, financing considerations, investment and vacation rental potential, and the long term value of coastal real estate.
Since joining Dunes Realty Sales in 2015, Kyle has consistently ranked among the top producing agents in the local MLS. His business has been built on integrity, a strong work ethic, straightforward communication, attention to detail, and relationships throughout the community. He believes his job is more than helping someone buy or sell a property. Growing up and working in the area has also allowed Kyle to build an extensive network of trusted local professionals throughout Horry and Georgetown Counties. Kyle and his family are also members of All Saints Church in Pawleys Island.
Kyle lives on the South Strand with his wife, Lauren, and their four daughters, Miller Grace, Greer, Palmer, and Mary Chandler, and their Goldendoodle, Bella. The Hawley family enjoys boating, hunting, spending time outdoors, and the coastal communities Kyle has called home his entire life.
