Originally from Binghamton, New York, Dan moved to Myrtle Beach in 1997 to attend Coastal Carolina University and chose to make the Grand Strand home. After gaining experience with other local real estate companies, he returned to Dunes Realty Sales in 2006.

Dan lives in the Market Common area with his wife, Michelle, and their son, Shane. He serves as Chairman of the Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance and remains actively involved in his neighborhood and the broader community. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf, boating, Coastal Carolina athletics, and time with his family at the beach.
