"We had the extreme pleasure of meeting and working with Merrill Weston Bryan in our quest to find a 2nd Beach Front Home in the Murrells Inlet, Garden City South Carolina area. My wife and I were visiting the area during the 4th of July holiday for the 1st time. She remained connected with us to the very end working as a liaison to the Mortgage Company and Attorney to ensure that we knew all that was going on, the timing of events, escalations when necessary and level setting expectations. Our intentions were to renovate our newly acquired property but again not knowing the area, Merrill was again instrumental in providing a list of potential service providers who we may consider. When we needed to let potential contractors into our unit, Merrill made herself available to let them in and ensured that the property was again secure once everyone had gone. I could go on and on and on... Merrill Weston Bryan has gone above and beyond to assist my wife and I in our pursuit of owning a beach property. Needless to say we could not have done this as smoothly and with such confidence without Merrill's involvement.
