Dan first joined Dunes Realty as a Reservations Coordinator in 2000, where he discovered his passion for real estate. He recognized the integrity and professionalism at Dunes Realty and was inspired to pursue a career as a real estate professional. After graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2001, Dan embarked on his career as a Realtor and gained valuable experience at Coldwell Banker Chicora and McQuiddy Properties before returning to Dunes Realty as a Realtor Associate in 2006.
Dan is a proud resident of The Market Common area of Myrtle Beach, where he lives with his wife Michelle and son Shane. He passionately supports his alma mater, the CCU Chanticleers, and regularly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Horry County, the Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance, and the Balmoral HOA. Dan enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time on the beach in his free time.
