Dan's first experience with Dunes Realty was in 2000 when he worked as a Reservations Coordinator and Customer Service Representative, triggering his interest in real estate. Recognizing the integrity and professionalism at Dunes Realty, Dan knew he wanted to work there as an agent. As a goal-orientated person, he immediately began his career as a Realtor after graduation from Coastal Carolina University in 2001. He spent the next five years gaining experience at Coldwell Banker Chicora and McQuiddy Properties. He achieved his goal of returning to Dunes as a Realtor Associate in 2006, where he has remained ever since.
Dan lives in The Market Common area of Myrtle Beach with his wife Michelle and son Shane and enjoys the CCU Chanticleers, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Horry County, golfing, boating, and relaxing on the beach.
